Pay Online, Mobile Device or by Telephone
Pay online, at MyAccount on the homepage of the website. Click on the box at the top right corner called “MyAccount”, create an account – Enter your name exactly as it is on your bill, along with your account number – with a dash and not a period (example: 1234-56.) By using MyAccount, you can pay your current bill, set up recurring payments and see graphs of monthly usage.
To pay by phone, call 1-877-885-7968. Please have your bills available so you can provide your account number. Payments made through MyAccount will be processed by Payment Service Network (PSN).
*Paying by check or savings and viewing your balance due are FREE services. Convenience fees apply for credit/debit card payments: 3.0% (plus $0.50 if under $100)

Pay in Person
During normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm) customers can make payments at our office, located at 507 19th St, Brodhead WI. After business hours, payments can be dropped off in the night deposit box located at our office outside of the main entrance.
Other Payment Locations
As an additional convenience, payments are accepted at The Bank of Brodhead and the Bank of New Glarus, located in Brodhead WI.
